MAL WALDRON "MAL/3 SOUNDS" 1958 LP is an original and rare deep-groove pressing on the yellow and black Prestige label (mono PRLP-8201). The heavy vinyl VG++ condition with some light hairline marks. The vinyl plays great with only an occasional pop that does not overwhelm the bright sound. The laminated cover is in EX condition with no seam splitting or writing. Graphics are nice. This record is invariably seen in its purple label New Jazz pressing; however, the very first records on the Prestige 8200 series were, in fact, yellow label pressings which, shortly thereafter, were renamed the New Jazz Series and given a new label design.
