All records are professionally packed. All vinyls are removed from their picture sleeves & any picture / lyric inner sleeves & placed in plain sleeves. They are then placed in polythene or PVC* outer sleeves, & packed in strong card mailers, (or thick oversized card) with stiffeners & / or bubble wrap where neccessary.
*Please note that PVC sleeves used are only for short term packing use & should be discarded immediately, as long term use of PVC sleeves will damage your vinyl permanently!

All items are usually mailed within 7 days (maximum) of payment, but usually within 1 to 2 days. Please be patient. I will do my best to get your item(s) out on time, but I have a life too! Please allow 10 days for cheques to clear (U.K. only). People wishing to pay by U.S. $ cash, please note that I use a conversion rate of $1.70 = £1. I also accept €uros (€1 = £1). Proof of postage is obtained for all items, which can be provided upon request.

Please read this about feedback DSR's: Although eBay's DSR feedback system is a 1 through 5 star rating, anything less than a 4.3 average is now apparently considered unacceptable. Sellers averaging less than 4.3 in all categories face the loss of any discounts and even a possible suspension of the seller's account. eBay tells buyers that leaving 4 out of 5 stars means that you are satisfied, however their message to sellers is that 4 out of 5 is a failing grade. I have also read that if no DSR's are left by the buyer the seller's rating also goes down. If you are satisfied I ask that you please consider leaving FIVE STARS when completing the DSR's. Anything less actually hurts the seller's rating with eBay significantly.
