Disc-Side 1 has a couple of marks that produce some light noise.  Especially on track 5 that has some crackle.  The majority of the side plays perfectly and aside from the couple of marks is visually clean.  Side 2 is NM and plays perfectly.  So side 1 VG+ Side. NM (Record Collector UK)

Labels/Cover-EX+ bordering NM. Cleanest cover of this record I have seen out of the shrink!
