Original mono pressing with Ear, DG, RVG, West 63rd address, no R
Record is in VG- condition with some light scuffs and some areas of tiny feelable marks that create ticks of varying degree (mostly light to moderate, some more prominent pops). Overall, a great listening copy. 
Cover is in great shape, no splits. Some very minor shelf wear (see pics).
