Items are generally pre-loved (often vintage) and are as described as accurately as possible and so are sold as-is. We do refund less shipping costs only if the error is clearly on our behalf and we have grossly underestimated the item, i.e. we send pink clothing that was described as blue, a large size instead of small, or there is damage we did not explain. Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything before bidding. If collecting items, cash on pick up must take place within seven days of closing bid, no exceptions, unless furniture is being collected for interstate transport, then payment must be made via bank deposit within seven days of closing bid and pickup can be negotiated for a longer period.
