These records come from my personal collection. As a collector they have all been well cared for over the years since I bought them.

Time to downsize to make way for other music, I will be listing a number of my treasured compact discs and records ranging from psych/prog to soul to folk to blues and everything in between, over the coming months.

The album tracks great. The vinyl is in very good condition with slight hairline scratches that dont affect the sound. Great shine and audio quality. The cover is in very good condition with slight ringwear and slight cardboard creasing and a small price tag on the upper right back corner.

Lou Reed had the street cred, David Bowie had the sound and the mass appeal. The meeting gave the Seventies that exploited and at the same time defined glam rock. Reed had left The Velvet Underground defeated and bitter. With Mick Ronson on board, they extracted an exhilarating mix of camp decadence and unforgettable tunes: The hits "Walk On The Wild Side", "Satellite Of Love" and "Perfect Day". The guitars sear and the upright bass and sax add ambience that added to the dancefloor anthems. An album about speed freak, transvestites and art parties.
