Up for grabs is this long deleted and now hard to find vinyl album by Lou Donaldson. Entitled Gravy Train, this is an original US mono issue on the Blue Note label. It is on the New York USA label design (deep groove on Side 1) and has both the RVG stamp and ear logo in the run-out grooves. The back cover has the 43 West 61st Street address at the bottom. The catalogue number is BLP 4079 and the date of issue is 1962.

Condition

The vinyl is in Very Good Minus condition, having a few marks but no major flaws.

The labels are in Very Good condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing but do have spindle marks.

The cover is in Very Good Minus condition, having some edge and corner wear, mainly at the bottom but no splits, tape, writing etc. The back cover has a UK tax sticker and a Chappell Group distributor's sticker near the top right corner from where the record was imported into the UK.

All my vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system. Please check my GRADING GUIDE to see a description of each grade. If any item has any writing, stickers, sticker marks, tears etc these will always be mentioned along with the grading. All records are sent in custom-made mailers, with stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits.
I have been trading since 1988 and all my items are strictly and honestly described.

NON-UK BUYERS: I much prefer Paypal or, (from Eurozone countries) direct bank transfer, but will also accept international money orders IN £ STERLING (GBP) ONLY. Please do not send international money orders in any foreign currencies as I cannot cash them due to the excessive exchange costs at this end.

I send all my items with adequate and secure packaging and post within 2 working days of receipt of payment (unless funds need to clear, in which case they will be posted on clearance). If you select the Get-It-Fast option, postage will be within 1 working day of receipt of payment. I offer Recorded, Special Delivery and International Signed For options on postage.
