Vinyl reissue 2013 Fading Records

There are basically two parts to this album, a series of studio re-recordings and some live material from 1977. The first three tracks are material written in the 70s but not completed until now. Of these, "Crescendo" is the most impressive. It takes a little while to get going but the middle two minutes or so is as good as anything on "Forse le lucciole...". One of the tracks is a new version of "Non chiudere..."  with Sasso on vocals;
The live section contains the final one minute of "Non chiudere...", followed by "Crescendo" and "Vendesi saggezza". The version of "Crescendo" here is only half as long as the re-record and cuts out when the other one gets good, so needless to say it doesn't do much for me. "Vendesi saggezza" is a pretty ripping rendition but fades out after eight minutes, leaving the final minute or so unheard.
