Little Beaver - Black Rhapsody (Cat 1602)

Original pressing, was sealed when I purchased, and I opened to make sure pressing and condition were on point. Played once, so I knocked grade down to NM. There appears to have been the start of a notch cut made but not completed (upper right corner).
