Description
Lightnin' Hopkins third great album. This album features one of the most dramatic covers ever produced. The fiery red cover with the fist bursting through. This album is the real deal. Not one of the P-Vine albums produced in Japan. As "Good Rockin' Tonight" stated in one of their auctions; "Some records are valued simply for their rarity and then there are those highly elusive titles also desired for their content. Such is the case for this, one of the finest post-war Blues LP's released."
As for condition the cover grades out to VG/EX6. There is some checkering on the spine and seams. There are three small pieces of tape protecting the seams. However, they do not detract from the beauty of the front cover. Light age toning on the back cover.
The record grades out to VG+. There are some light lines but no deep scratches. The vinyl retains most its gloss and plays quite nicely with a minimum of background noise.
