Description
Here on Decca Album No. A-810 from 1950 is a 4-78 rpm record set by Leroy Anderson simply titled "Conducts", this is a rather scarce set on 78's all his own compositions, a first issue recording session at Decca records with a 50 piece orchestra. All are classic and sound great, the jacket is a good plus as the spine is wearing away please see pictures, the cover is clean of writing with a little aging, and the interior is very good. The records visually appear E- on the VJM scale and play absolutely beautifully a real nice sounding set and hard to find, a nice set labels are clean. Here is a list of titles--1-"Sleigh Ride"(Original)--2-"Promenade"--3_"The Syncopated Clock"--4-"The Waltzing Cat"--5-"Serenata"--6-"Seraband"--7-"A Trupeter's Lullaby"--8-Jazz Pizzacato-Jazz Legato". Please look at the pictures and ask any questions, and of course I am always open to offers. I use a microfiber cloth to wipe records I do not chemically clean them, I leave that up to the discretion of the new owner, I describe all that I see in flaws and although I do not consider myself a professional grader I know what I like and my grading is usually lower than actual. These old shellac records are very fragile so they are packed between corrugated sheets and shipped in an oversized box with plenty of bubblewrap, peanuts etc. they basically float and with the reasonable rates of media mail I believe more is better. I ship internationally strictly through Ebay's Global Shipping Program and have had no problems with this system. Thank you for looking and God Bless.
