Label Discription: Blue and white label with Lexington address, RVG and "ear" etched in dead wax, deep groove and flat edge.

Grade & Description (cover): M-     Excellent, only flaws being what looks to be a small tear on the front cover that was filled in by a marker or pen, see photo below. Also there is a light bend in the upper right hand corner, not visable on the back, otherwise nearly perfect for it's age.
