Description
Please read the entirety of the listing and examine all photos carefully before placing the order:
Original variant pressing from 1957 with NY23 label on side 1 and Lexington label on side 2, deep grooves, flat edge disc, RVG etched, p/ear etching, and 9M.
Record: Still retains its original gloss but with noticeable scuffs, hairlines, and marks (most notable on side 1). Side 1 plays better than visual with great fidelity. Music comes through loud and nice with some background surface noise but mostly noticeable in quieter sections. Some tics here and there. Side 2 looks cleaner and plays a tad better. Overall the entire record plays better than visual and is a great player copy!
Jacket: Front cover presents well but with some issues. Some paint/color touch up on the sides, parts of the front, and spine. Seams are intact but may have been reinforced at some point. Back of jacket is worn with old tape residue, original owners stamp, and owners name in sharpie. Some chipping/peeling to the back slick.
Overall the record is a great player copy and should get good enjoyment out of it. Nice beginner/intermediate collector copy.
