LED ZEPPELIN TURQUOISE ORIGINAL 1969 LP (1st Album)

Yes, you have stumbled across the holy grail of record collecting, of Led Zeppeling memorabilia - The Turquoise! Known and wanted by every record collector. I just do not have the money to keep this gold item on display, staring at me, moreover I am more of a guitar collector than a record collector. If you are a Led Zeppelin fan, presumably attending the reunion concert? Do not miss out on this extremely rare opportunity. I have seen very, very few of these records in the world. I know it is priced at around £600 in the official guides but it will be worth a damn sight more in a few years time.

This record is from the great year of 1969 (Hendrix era!), how many items in your home are that old? It is in great condition; I'm not too good on the official grading system, but I shall tell it like it is. The sleeve is overall fantastic, there are light grazes on the surface in the laminate here and there; no bend marks or any other damage! I can tell you know that you will have a hard time finding a better example of the sleeve. The record is also in good condition. It has been used, not so much by myself these days. There are a couple of heavier marks, about 2 inches long on one side - these do not cause the record to jump or twitch at all. It played remarkably well when I tested it, but I do not recommend playing it as I'm sure you know why.

The matrix numbers are 588171 (uncorrected original '69 pressing). It has the (presumably original) inner and a plastic sheath for it. I will be sending the record in a proper LP sheath box to ensure that it is safe in dispatch.

All I can say is - Do not regret missing out. This is incredibly hard to come by.

Forgot to mention: It does have the Superhype credits on the record label as the original earliest pressings do.
