THE RARITY OF THE RECORD :- First studio Lp from this iconic band and by far the rarest of their 10 studio albums

THE COVER :- Laminated front & rear Single Sleeve, cover art by George Hardie

THE LABEL :- Rare Red & Plum Atlantic label with Superhype credits

THE VINYL VISUALLY :- On initial inspection the vinyl sits perfectly flat on the turntable!! and retains most of its original sheen. Ther are just one or two hairlines and marks that i have noted on my viewing. I cannot see any other major areas of concern

THE VINYL PLAY GRADED :- On play grading this fantastic record I would have to say that it still sounds pretty good for a 41 year old album , there are a few hairline marks, none of them deep or too obtrusive..There is some crackle and the odd click on track 2 but it is still a wonderfull vibrant album..Most of the crackle will go once it is played and cleaned a few times. I would rate the playback as Excellent Minus / Excellent

THE SLEEVE FRONT CONDITION :- Orange print grey horizontal stripe at bottom. This is the very early 1ST PRESS sleeve there are no seam splits and only light signs of shelf wear at the corners It still retains its glossy feel and sheen even after 41 years The laminate only shows very very minor signs of lifting in certain areas and some slight discolouring in the top right corner but nothing of concern.I would rate the cover as Excellent condition

THE SLEEVE REAR CONDITION :- A laminated rear cover with  full track details and information on the group themselves. There is no damage or stickers or writing which frequently frequent albums of this age.The only things to note are some storage wear in the bottom right and the odd minor laminate crease. I would rate the rear as Excellent condition

THE LABEL SIDE ONE CONDITION :- Original Red Plum label in perfect condition free from stickers or writing and no damage at all, only slight signs of play around the spindle hole. Mega rare Superhype credit clearly displayed

THE LABEL SIDE TWO CONDITION :- Original Red Plum label in perfect condition free from stickers or writing and no damage at all, only slight signs of play around the spindle hole. Mega rare Superhype credit clearly displayed

THE SPINE CONDITION :- These first presses came with a tapered spine. The writing on the spine is clear, no spine damage just minimal storage wear

THE INNER SLEEVE CONDITION :- Original issue polylined "Take good care of your records" inner, no splits or tears

THE EXTRAS :- No extras
