Cover: Looks great. A little bit of ringwear (not wear!) from the record on back cover, and a price sticker on back corner too, But spine and seams are excellent.

Before packing albums, I take the record out of the cover and put it AND the cover in a plastic sleeve. So you don't have to ask!!
