LED ZEPPELIN II - Vinyl LP - RARE Robert Ludwig Pressing with "RL" etched on both sides Atlantic Records, SD 8236
This is the original 1969 Press "hot mix" master by Robert "Bob" Ludwig that was pulled after causing the needle to jump on cheaper turntables. The record company had enough complaints that they initially thought it was a defective pressing and recalled stock before they figured out it was just too AWESOME for poorly weighted needles.
This is a really nice sounding copy and in nice condition for it's age.
VINYL is strong VG+. It has some marks here and there, mostly from the original paper sleeve. No deep scratches, no skips on my system. One of the best copies I've come across in a long time. Most of the ones I find are trashed but this one is REALLY nice. Gatefold Cover is VG+ with some general age and storage wear, mostly on the corners and edges. No splits.
