PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!!
THIS IS NOT A DOUBLE SIDED RL PRESSING, RL IS ONLY ON SIDE 1.
PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING. NOT AFTER YOU BUY IT AND I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THE POSTAGE.
THIS IS THE SUPER RARE VERSION OF LED ZEPPELIN II KNOWN AS THE "RL / LH CUTS" VERSION.
LET ME BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, THIS HAS "RL" ETCHED IN THE SIDE 1 DEADWAX and "LH" ETCHED IN THE SIDE 2 DEADWAX. THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED THE "RL / LH CUTS" VERSION.
This has a Side 1 pressing by ROBERT LUDWIG with "RL SS" in the Side 1 deadwax.
This has a Side 2 pressing by LEE HULKO with "LH SS" in the Side 2 deadwax.
THAT IS WHY IT IS KNOWN AS THE "RL/LH Cuts" VERSION.
Pressing Plant ID (Columbia Terre Haute, CTH on labels) as noted by the following label informaiton:
- (Side A bottom of label): ST-A-691671CTH
(Side B bottom of label): ST-A-691672CTH
This is the early pressing mastered at Sterling Sound by Robert Ludwig denoted by RL SS on Side 1 and mastered by Lee Hulko denoted by SS LH on Side 2 etched in the deadwax.
Lee Hulko was in charge of remastering some of Side 2, which was the side that was causing the troubles with the original 2 sided RL mastered versions.

THE SURFACE MARKS ARE MOSTLY NON-FEELABLE, BUT THERE ARE SOME FEELABLE SURFACE MARKS THAT WILL CAUSE A TICK THROUGHOUT.
I'M GIVING YOU FAIR WARNING: YOU WILL HEAR SURFACE NOISE AND POPS & CLICKS TYPICAL WITH A GOOD+ GRADING. IF THIS IS AN ISSUE FOR YOU, PLEASE DON'T BUY IT.

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT STILL SOUNDS PRETTY DARN GOOD! But you WILL hear surface noise and some pops & clicks typical with a Good+ grading.

Up for sale is one (1) Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II LP from 1969 on Atlantic Records (#SD 8236). THIS IS A FIRST PRESSING WITH THE 1841 BROADWAY, N.Y. ADDRESS ON THE LABELS WITH CATALOG #SD 8236.
The Vinyl is in Good+ condition with TYPICAL TO HEAVY wear from age and from use that WILL cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts. AND ANY ISSUES STATED ABOVE!The gatefold cover is in Very Good+ condition with TYPICALwear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, dings, fading, ring wear, etc... all of which are typical.
Includes the Original Atlantic Records Stock Inner Sleeve with typical wear from age. There are small tears, ring wear and 2 split seams. (please see pics)
I placed the LP in a plain inner sleeve.
