Description

Artist: Led Zeppelin Album: Led Zeppelin II Label: Atlantic, SD8236, 1841 Broadway on label. Version: Original pressing, 1969, with Monarch Stamp in dead wax.

Vinyl Visual Grading: Weak VG+ to regular VG+ Mostly due to hairline scratches/scuffs. One small area that at first looked concerning but could just barely feel something with fingernail. Monarch stamp in dead wax. See pics. This might be nitpicking, might not be. I'm not really sure. While this copy sounds great, the right channel on side one SEEMS to be a little weaker. I don't know. Can't imagine that would have anything to do with the Monarch pressing, but maybe a different mix? It is apparent on Whole Lotta Love especially, with all the back and forth sounds going on in the mid section. Also I remember this one playing better than it looked. Both are food for thought. Maybe there is something I don't know about this pressing as far as that right channel goes, but the left channel sounds a little stronger to me. Still sounds really good though, imo.
Cover: VG, although there are a couple of brown marks on front cover, see pics. Some fading/browning of the white area, Spine is strong but has a little wear. Bottom and top have some edge wear. Gatefold looks great, and is just about NM. Atlantic advert/innersleeve has some browning and a couple small splits. Labels are very clean.

Over the last year or so I played my entire record collection and posted results and general thoughts on Instagram for each LP. On many of the posts I included a playgrade. Please do not consider the playgrades as official, for the purposes of selling. I was only playgrading for myself and for Instagram followers, but the playgrades may help round out the descriptions of the quality of each item. Here is the Instagram link:

A lot of scrolling may be involved, as I started with the A's and went all the way through to the Z's.
Please keep in mind that I am combining shipping. Once all auctions are finished, please wait for my invoice if you have won more than one item: I will give you a good deal on shipping. eBay in theory should automatically  charge only by weight for each extra item/pricing, but it never seems to work properly, and their system automatically sends out a 'pay now' reminder, which may or may not be accurate or the same as my shipping prices, and more than likely will be more than my own rates. Here is what I will charge for, if you wait on a multiple items invoice: The price per ounce via media mail or international shipping, plus $1 for professional grade shipping material, including the 12" lp record mailer and two cardboard mailer insert pads. If you win more than three items (my mailers are for shipping up to 4 lp's but usually more will fit safely), I will simply combine and tape together 2 or more mailers, and charge accordingly per mailer/pads, or just use a large box for anybody who wins a lot of lp's by the end of the days auction. If you win multiple items and reside in a country outside of the U.S., be prepared for some high shipping prices, but you probably already know that. Also, keep in mind that the international shipping that I have set up is for UNDER 4 pounds, so if you go over, I will have to use something other than International parcel, and your shipping rate will go through the roof, as you probably know.
I use an LED flashlight at all angles for visual grading.
I am giving myself a number of days once the auctions close to pack and ship, mainly because of the large amount of records I plan to have up for auction, and the fact that I am the only one doing it. There is a really good chance that it will not take me the full amount of days (5) that I have set for each auction before getting your items shipped to you, but I need a padding of extra time just in case.
This is an International Auction.
Good luck!
