Sleeve Included: Yes a plain inner sleeve
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD+ the disc has some very light surface marks but nothing deep and very clean and glossy overall
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD jacket has some small writing inside the open flap and some light edge wear including some light tiny edge and corner creases, some tape residue top right corner and some light pen marks beside song titles on back
