the record SCI-FI PARTY is actually a compilation featuring various Kosmische Musik artists. It does however feature a novel extract of "Galactic Joke" with over-dubbed vocals courtesy of Rolf and Gille. Other related Cosmic Jokers projects include works with Sergius Golowin, Sternenmädchen and Walter Wegmüller. The Cosmic Jokers' project eventually came to a sticky end, when the musicians realised that Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser was ripping them off. Manuel Göttsching has often commented on the experience of hearing these sessions playing in a Berlin record shop, and being shocked when he found out exactly what he was listening to! Reluctantly Klaus Schulze took the initiative and prosecuted Kaiser, and amidst much publicity the musicians eventually got the rights back. The downside of this was that all The Cosmic Jokers' albums were withdrawn from sale, the Ohr/Kosmische Musik labels ceased trading, and Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser disappeared from the scene. If you send cash Euros you get a 5% discount! I do also accept other currencies. Please inform about this first. Within Europe you can do a bank tranfer in Euros which is free within Europe. I use the M/VG/G grading system in which the first grading is for the record and the second grading is for the sleeve. If you do not agree with the grading, the item can be returned and the money will be refunded.

Shipping from the Netherlands to outside Europe will be $10 for 1 vinyl disc, $14 for 2-3 vinyl discs and $18 for 4-8 vinyl discs. This will be by standard mail which takes about 2 weeks to reach you. Airmail will be more expensive. Priority shipment within Europe will be a little bit cheaper. I will always calculate the actual postage fees + US$ 1 for packaging materials.

I will pack very carefully. I will take the records out of the sleeve to prevent split-seams. I put all discs in inner sleeves with a soft inner plastic coating.
