DESCRIPTION

A superb and now quite scarce original 1984 privately pressed and only studio vinyl album (never issued on CD either) from smutty-theatre-comedy group The Fabulous Zarsoff Bros whose fame is almost legendary in Aussie musical folklore circles.

A Zarsoff Bros gig was always rude, crude and guaranteed of a thousand laughs. .... formed in 1979 they originally played R&B, blues and rock mixed with lowbrow, cabaret-styled, schoolboy humour.
Dubbing themselves `The Marx Brothers of Rock 'n' Roll’ the band became a popular Sydney attraction before breaking up in late 1988….but not before leaving a lasting impression on the circuit to the point where a cult following of sorts emerged and gigs were often packed out.

Tracks from their two early EPs (‘Bumsweat and Other Popular Filth’ and `Nose Picking Boogie’ plus the bands only single, `Handy Man’/ `Workin’ It Out’ appear on this long lost gem.

A rare and collectable album in top condition.
