Original pressing of 3000 copies in a gatefold sleeve.
All subsequent pressings came in a standard single sleeve.
Side D contains no music but has an etching depicting birds and the sentence: "The Earth is not a cold dead place because you are listening, because you are breathing."
This etching was cut deeper on the original pressing than it was on subsequent ones.
