Description
The LP is bright and shiny with NO smudges or scratches on the vinyl or marks on the labels, EXCELLENT condition. The great original paper inner sleeve has yellowed with age, but there are no rips, tears or repairs; VG. The jacket is bright and colorful but because of a ½“seam split at the bottom and some shelf wear at the corners, I can rate this as only GOOD+.
This is Sinatra's10th album with Capitol but his first collaboration with arranger/conductor Billy May. “Come Fly With Me” was designed as a musical trip around-the-world, taking you to Capri,Vermont, New York, Mandalay and getting-away-from-it-all to Paris, London,Brazil and Hawaii. Sammy Cahn and Jimmy Van Heusen wrote the title track at Sinatra's request. This is Capitol Records cat. # W-920.
