Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out.

Record: VG++ (overall has an amazing sheen and luster but if you look close there are some feelable marks that will mostly cause some noise. Writing on label as well "$.49" The super clean look makes it initially look like a NM but the scratches bring it down to a VG++, there is no way this would be a VG+ since its so clean minus the feelable scratches, that is how I came to a VG++. Keep in mind this is a total visual grading)
Jacket: VG+/VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, sticker residue on front, minor wear around edges (see photos)
