      PayPal and Canada Post are teaming up to offer cheaper shipping rates for REGISTERED parcels. This will start sometime in February 2013. So far there are only 20 countries listed.           I can also ship 1 to 3 EPs by Small Packet Airmail for $7.61 with NO TRACKING NUMBER. However, I will NOT accept PayPal payments through eBay if you request shipping with no registration. Only payments sent directly to my PayPal account as a gift. There is no point in messaging me about “how expensive” the shipping is. I was fair and shipped most parcel for cheaper with no registration until a few scumbags decided to take advantage of it and ripped me off
