As Follows:
LONE WOLF.
Seriously rare 7", from Southampton based NWOBHM band, in STUNNING condition...
Only a small run of these were apparently pressed, I was told 250.
This is 100% Original guaranteed, not a repress, or a counterfeit.
I bought the single many years ago, and only played it once myself.
A Side: Cash For Candy (3:45).
B Side: Pipedream Mary (3:31).
Lone Wolf were:
Martin Johnson - vocals.
Colin Stickland - guitar.
Ian Bazart - bass.
John Martin - drums.
Label is Wolf Music.
Cat Number is LW 001.
Pressed In UK.
Matrix Numbers: LW 001 A1/ LW 001 B1 (stamped).
There are also stamped 'mother codes' K 462.
Both sides have 'A PORKY PRIME CUT' hand etched into run out.
Single was recorded at 'Music Room' Poole, October 1980.
Produced by Dave 'Fossie' Foster, and Lone Wolf.
Condition Vinyl: EX+/EX+.
Really superb nice thick vinyl, clean labels, a few spindle marks when held to a bright light.
Plays brilliantly, great sound.
Probably played half a dozen times or less.
The single was always protected in the original white inner sleeve.
Condition Sleeve: EX.
No tears, rips, writing, but slightly discoloured, and a few minor abrasions, noticeable on letters 'O' and 'N' of 'LONE'. Also a crease to bottom LH corner. Flipbacked reverse is very clean, slight discoloured.
The sleeve is made of good quality, durable shiny cardboard.
Original Plain Inner is in superb condition, again slightly discoloured.
THE STARTING PRICE I CONSIDER IS A FAIR ONE AS THIS SINGLE IS NOT ONLY MEGA RARE, BUT IT SOUNDS GREAT, AND HIGHLY COLLECTABLE GENRE.
