LITTLE RICHARD, Heres Little Richard, original 1957 UK London labels LP.
HA - C 2055, original 1957 UK first issue darkest ‘London’ plum mono record labels.
A UK album in original condition, featuring:
1. Little Richards, original UK 1957 debut LP,
2. there is an error to the printed catalogue reference, as printed on the sleeve is - ‘HA C 2055, but printed on the record labels are - ‘HA O 2055’,
3. hard to find original UK first issue 1957 sleeve featuring:
a. earliest original UK 1957 'crescent’ shape design 'flip backs',
b. earliest ‘orange’ coloured illustrations printed on the rear of the sleeve,
2. hard to find earliest first issue UK 1957 darkest ‘plum’ colour 'London' mono record labels,
3. earliest engraved UK mono 'record matrix' of, '1B / 1B',
4. comes with its original, 'London / Decca' inner sleeve.
CONDITION:
THE OUTER COVER: is in overall very good condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The front laminate has retained its excellent glossy finish. The spine is in excellent condition and has remained clean white and striaght. The rear of the sleeve has remained an excellent clean fresh white. The rear of the sleeve features the earliest original UK period, 'crescent’ shape', bi - 'flip back' design, ie fold over edges to the top and bottom edge. Theres NO pen writing or splits to the sleeve. There is a small ‘nick’ to the front centre opening edge. To the front, lower opening edge there is a 35mm tear that has been neatly repaired with cellotape from the inside.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original UK period ‘London / Decca’ inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is made of the period 1957 ‘heavy grade’ of paper. Theres NO pen writing or tears to the inner sleeve. There is a slight split to one side edge at the centre.
THE RECORD: each side of the record is in 'good++' to near very good condition. The record is made of the period quality 1950s 'thick heavy' vinyl. The record has remained dark and glossy.
The records ‘engraved’ matrix is: ACL 624 1B and ACL 625 1B,
The records 'mother / stampers' are: side one, ‘101 BG', also the letters ‘RT’ and ‘CB’ are ‘machine engraved’ onto the ‘run off’ groove. Side two, ‘41 BG’, also the letters ‘RT’ and ‘CA’ are ‘machine engraved’ onto the ‘run off’ groove.
THE AUDIO: each side of the record plays very good, each side plays with 'ticks', 'pops' and 'crackle'. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE RECORD LABELS: each of the record labels are in excellent condition. Each of the record labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

Postage and packing.
All records posted to a UK address will be sent 1st class and to be signed for on delivery.
Packing - all records are posted with multi layered card stiffeners for protection. Before posting, the record is removed from the records original inner and outer sleeves, the record is then put into a second inner sleeve to minimise any damage that may occur while in transit.
The record / sleeves are then put into a plastic sleeve for further protection.
Discount will be given on postage for multiple purchases.
In the UK – there maybe an additional cost for insurance as the seller has no protection if the item goes missing in the post, therefore post and packing charges may vary.

All records that are posted overseas will be sent ‘signed for on delivery’ and there maybe an additional cost for insurance as the seller has no protection if the item goes missing in the post, therefore post and packing charges may vary.
In non EU country’s an ‘import tax’ and a couriers ‘clearance fee’ may need to be paid, this is down to the buyer to pay these fees.
