Description
Little Free Rock: same 1969, UK/Transatlantic TRA 208. Disc is EX with light hairlines, plays M-. Cover has some lamination dulling, all four corner tips are a bit frayed, lamination is lifting along the spine, and there are two tiny star-shaped holes punched in the back cover which I assume is some sort of demo designation, overall this is still a VG+ cover. Rare and killer LP by this tuff three-piece band sounds like Bulldog Breed, or The Open Mind without the production values. Recorded at Morgan Studios by Mike Bobak; we can only assume the tasteful, uncredited mellotron overdubs were courtesy of that other Blue Town lurker Wil Malone. Bass player was briefly in Mick Farren's band circa 1970, and then turned up in Thundermother (Astral Navigations) but the other guys pretty well slipped off the edge of the earth forever, just like the copies of this LP.
