Description

Lightning, self titled record album was released on Pickwick International Presentation label, Catalog # PIP 6807 in 1971.  It was written in tribute to Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Brian Jones.  The outstanding artwork and cover design were by John Hanson.  Band members  were Mick Stanhope - lead vocal & percussion, Bernie Pershey - percussion, Ronn Roberts - guitar & vocal, Zip Caplan -  guitar, Woody Woodrich - bass guitar.        

Songs  Side A -- Prelude To Opus IV, Hideaway, When A Man Could Be Free, Madame Sunrise.

Songs  Side B --  1930, Freedom (Is Life With Living), They've Got The Time, Riders In The Sky.

Condition:  Record -- Near Mint condition..

Condition:  Album Cover -- Very Good condition with very minor scuffs on corners, 2 tiny cuts on base, light age stains on white borders.

                  Original Inner Sleeves - Very Good condition with creases on top right corner.
