From 1967 and issued on Rembrandt Records 5009 by the far Northwest Chicago Suburb band The Lemon Drops titled I Live In The Springtime 2:52 b/w Listen Girl 2:45. Classic Garage with great fuzz guitar! Vinyl has a few light handling scuffs, but is entitled to a solid near mint grade in appearance and play quality. Label is near mint. The record(s) in this auction will be sleeved and will be protected with polyethylene cover. Records will not always have original company sleeve or include original picture sleeve (when applicable) unless mentioned so in description. I don't mind rational inquiries and questions that are pertinent to my individual auction listings, but please, before contacting me with any question, read my entire item description and my auction related information. I do not respond to any nonsensical e-mails, to include requests for shipping cost or unethical offers to buy outright and close auction.

I will contact winning bidder, usually within 24 hours of auction close and provide shipping and payment details. For domestic buyers I accept Paypal, money order (Postal money orders are the best and preferred, inexpensive for you and very convenient for me), cashiers check, personal check (please allow 12 days for clearing on 1st time check). For overseas buyers I accept Paypal, Universal Postal Money Order or Western Union Money Gram (US funds). Cash is not recommended but will accept only if concealed in registered mail for domestic and registered air letter for overseas (US bills) and I am not responsible for lost or opened mail. Please, payments must be received within 14 days of my initial e-mail contact providing total cost.

COMBINED SHIPPING - MULTIPLE BIDS POLICY - PLEASE READ

Yes, I am willing to combine wins to save you shipping cost and I always look forward to multiple bidding, most of my regular customers bid on multiple items and combine. I ask all who plan on combining wins to abide by my multiple bid policy. Please, if you win item and are considering multiple auction bids over a period of time, always let me know. You cannot withhold payment for initial wins beyond 14 days or until you have decided to finish bidding. Payments must still be made for each item in a timely manner, to include adjusted extra postage cost on each updated invoice and all multiple holds cannot exceed 30 days. I will always provide updated invoice after each win and final invoice after 30 day bidding period. Please, do not ask me to hold unpaid items from previous weeks. Unfortunately I have experienced far too many problems with buyers who want to delay payment until they win a certain number of records.. Many continue bidding on new items and are late with or never make payment on items they have already won...sorry, but I will no longer reserve any items for combined shipping if each item is not paid within 14 days. I recommend multiple bidders make each payment through payal so we can keep accurate accounting of your combined purchases. You cannot ask me to hold combined shipping beyond 30 days or until you have a certain number of records unless you are an establish customer and have made arrangements with me. Multiple bidders who do not comply with my combined shipping policy will be blocked from future bids. If you have private feedback, don't bid, I will block members and not accept bids from anyone who has a private feedback listing.

SHIPPING COSTS

DOMESTIC: Under one pound is $3.00 for Media Mail or $5.00 for Priority Mail, both include delivery confirmation. Over one pound will be determined by weight and USPS postal zone. I will always try to ship bulk orders the least expensive option, either Media Mail or Parcel Post, unless Priority Mail is requested. Delivery confirmation is included on all shipments. Illinois residents only must include 6.5% sales tax.
OVERSEAS: Charge will be determined by weight and country. I ship USPS surface or airmail Letter Post or Parcel Post. Insurance is available for overseas parcel post. I am not responsible for any loss or damage on uninsured parcels. Please provide correct shipping address. REGISTERED MAIL is available only for Air Letter Post (under 4 pounds) and is $7.50 and any indemnity that is payable for loss, damage or rifling is $43.93.

RECORD GRADING FOR 45'S
Bargain lot items are visually graded. Individual auction records are play graded. I place emphasis on play grade, maintain the highest professional standards, do spot check play grading on all individual auction items and always provide an accurate visual grade and label appearance. I play grade on a quality system with a high end cartridge in order to maintain a strict and undisguised play grade. I always keep my grading simple and fair and will not subject my customers to a proliferation of meaningless grades. If a record plays between two grades I always apply the lesser grade, I don't create a grade in an attempt to articulate a borderline evaluation.

nm....near mint, minimal to no surface noise and showing no major signs of wear. General groove appearance is excellent to like new and record has no imperfections. I have learned from over 30 years of experience that "mint" is too strong of a grading for a used 45 record evaluation. The only records that are entitled a "mint" grade on my listings are my new unplayed and unhandled store stock items.
vg+...very good plus, showing some signs of minor wear with minimal extraneous surface noise. No major imperfections. Grooves may have minor scuffs or surface scratches. A very playable and acceptable copy.

I do not auction poor condition 45's with cracks, deep scratches, digs, severe edge chips, closed grooves or severely warped and I do not artificially gloss any of my records.

BARGAIN BULK LOTS
Because of time constraints, all bulk lots are visually graded. I always try to maintain quality condition records in my mixed lots ranging from vg to mostly vg+ and near mint. If I include a few 45's that are vg in a mixed lot they would be hard to find original issues that do not meet my strict grading standards to auction individually. I do not include beaters or jukebox worn records in my mixed lots. All bargain lot 45 auctions are "as is". This means every item is guaranteed as described, but if one of the items in the lot is defective or I may have mistakenly overlooked a serious flaw you will only receive a partial credit for that item based on the total cost, you cannot return the entire lot for a full credit. I will include extras in every lot just in case you get a few defects or if I mistakenly duplicate or include a record of wrong genre. Also, I do not respond to inquiries requesting additional details on bargain bulk lots.

GUARANTEE
Retail music is my full time occupation. Your satisfaction is important to me. I guarantee everything I sell and will be cooperative and understanding towards any of my valued customers who genuinely feel I may have not maintained my grading standards, have overlooked a flaw or manufacturing defect, or have mistakenly misrepresented an item. Postage for a returned item is your responsibility and returned item must be received in same condition as originally shipped. If you are fair, courteous and reasonable with me I will be the same towards you.
