This is her first record. It’s a great and rare single. The (a) side of this sample is an Elvis –style big gospel ballad. But it’s the (b) side that makes this very sort- after. It’s a great rockabilly belter in the Wanda Jackson style she was well known for at the time (on Bandstand, JOK Show etc.) Terrific backing from the Pennyrockets. About twenty years ago a mate got her autograph at a club show. (see scan) There was a record company a few years ago wanting a top copy of this for an Aussie rockabilly compilation. They couldn’t find one so it didn’t go on. (I only had a scratchy old one at the time) That’s an indication of how great and rare this single is –especially in this condition. In a crisp company jacket.

MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks. .
