This one is an original LP with Deep Groove on both sides, RVG on both sides, and also "EAR mark" on both sides. Address on both labels stated, "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 47 WEST 63rd NYC". No "R" trademarks on both labels.
I've playtested the LP by my system of Thorens TD-124 with SME3012R and Ortofon S15T. Hooked up with CELLO Palette preamp and CELLO Duet 350 amplifier, with RED ROSE Classic Speakers.
On Side 1: Hairlines and small scuff. Small pops on the background during the bass solo on song no. 1 but not overpowering. For song no. 2, there are light pops in the beginning during the trumpet solo but might be cleaned out by quality record cleaner. For song no. 3, there is some light pops in the beginning.
On Side 2: Some small hairlines. Small light pops here and there during song no.1 but not overpowering. Song no.2 and no. 3 are very fine with no background noise.
Both labels are quite clean (see photo).
I, therefore, graded the vinyl VG++/VG++ for both side 1 and side 2.
The cover is looked fine. Spines are intact. Grade VG++
I WILL PACK THEM STRONG FOR A LONG JOURNEY. DON'T WORRY!
