Led Zeppelin--Stairway To Heaven--Atlantic PR-175 with very rare promotional sleeve, mono / stereo, 1972. Original 70s promo pressing with mono and stereo extended versions. Mono version was generally used at the AM stations and the stereo side was intended for FM airplay. The sound quality on these pressings suffered somewhat due to almost eight minutes of music being jammed onto a 7-inch single. 45s were more suited for the 2-3 minute lengths of most tunes of the period. Vinyl is EX+ with high gloss. There's just one very light mark on the mono side. Labels have three stains on each side where stickers were removed. The promotional sleeve is a strong VG. The three seams are solid with very little wear. The front of the title sleeve has light creases and wrinkling and very light ringwear. The song title has been typewritten on the upper right corner and a date stamp has been used twice at top center area. Remarkably, the sleeve's opening has no frays or tears from removing or inserting the record. The reverse of the sleeve has the song title typewritten at the top right and radio station call letters typewritten at the bottom right. Obscure original Led Zeppelin collectible from the early 70s!
