Satisfaction is guaranteed. We accept returns within 14 days of arrival. The buyer must contact us prior to returning the item. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
