This is the rare and early misspress (Atco style labels) of Led Zeppelin's debut album (U.S. press). This label is rare and only appeared on a few titles from around 8130 to 8200. Both "Time Peace" by the Rascals (SD 8190) and the first Led Zeppelin album (SD 8216) are known to be pressed with this labeling error. These may have been RCA Record Club pressings.
Not only is the label in error, but side1 of this version of the album is a different mix from the regular pressing.
Now the bad news! The vinyl of this copy is in poor condition. I tried to show how poor the vinyl is (see photos). It still plays on my turntable but it may not play on yours. (I have DJ turntables and styluses and are made to be able to play through scratches).

  • Original U.S. mispressing
  • Original thick cardboard cover (American style)
  • Thick heavy vinyl pressing
  • The cover is actually in pretty good shape. Very little ring wear, and some damage on the sides and spine overall VG+
  • The vinyl is POOR
