Full set of original UK first press LPs (A-F) A great investment opportunity 
*ALL sleeves are in great condition, ranging from EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT *ALL records have been play graded from start to finish with a minimum sound quality of EXCELLENT *ALL have the original first press corrected A5 / B(#4)5 hand etched and 'STRAWBERRY' stamp matrices *ALL are pressed on the original mid to heavyweight vinyl (118-134 grammes) *ALL state 'Manufactured In The UK' on the labels *ALL come in the original darker brown bags with vertical lines and serrated top edges *ALL come in the original 316mm square thick card sleeves (later issues are only 310mm square) *ALL come with the original thick textured card 'magic wash' 'Printed & Made In England' inner sleeves by Hipgnosis *ALL of the inner sleeves are 'unpainted'

CONDITION & PHOTOS

As stated above, all 6 records have been play graded from start to finish and all play through superbly with no skips, jumps and without sticking. There is absolutely nothing that will spoil your listening pleasure of this fantastic set.

As with most vinyl, there is of course the occasional underlying surface sound and static tics to be expected on all records even when new. There was some light surface noise on some of the run-ins, which soon went, the odd light click here and there and some occasional static, but nothing at all that was intrusive.

All 6 play grade at least as EXCELLENT ranging up to EX / EX+. I use the Record Collector grading system (see bottom of listing) and grade strictly and conservatively using this.

Visually, all 6 records retain a high sheen and grade a minimum of EXCELLENT ranging up to NEAR MINT. Bearing this in mind, I am sure that a professional clean could make the audio on these sound even better than it does already.

GRADING

All of my records have been play tested before listing using a new Rega P3-24 turntable. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself. I am a collector myself (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
