This is incredibly rare. To be honest this is the only one I've ever seen. It's a 3 track 7" EP with a gatefold picture insert, and is a MEXICAN issue. The labels are nice, there is just one very very small light name written on both sides, It hardly shows. The vinyl is EXCELLENT with just light surface marks for the age. The insert is in VERY GOOD condition as well, but have the same name, ''Cookie'', written very very smal in the top left.
