LED ZEPPELIN IV
Issue : Rare stickered A3/B4 Atlantic Press Catalogue No : 2401012 Matrix : A/3 PECKO DUCK / A4 PORKY
This is a rare stickered UK early press of Led Zeppelin IV. Released in 1971, this press can be identified by the A3/B4 matrix and the crossed out and then corrected matrix on Side 1. It has the original Pecko Duck and Porky handetched in the runout and has the last minute stickered label. The record is complete with the original flipback printed inner sleeve and the matt gatefold sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl has a sensational hgh gloss, every track gleams. There are a couple of very light marks but this are faint and do little to spoil the condition of the vinyl. The label is also superb. The colours are vivid and the white is bright. The text is sharp and there is just the slightest spindle wear.
When played the condition of the vinyl is Very Good+, rich and extremely clear with only moments of very slight background noise. There is Excellent clarity and separation throughout.
The original flipback dark brown printed inner sleeve has a couple of edge splits and opening edge wear but it is still very solid and bright.The matt earliest light gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition. The picture is still bright and the colours are still warm and bold. There is a small corner price scuff and very light edge wear. The inside is completely clean, the black is solid and the picture is sharp. There is a small scuff on the rear of the sleeve. The whole sleeve is extremely solid. 568 (GS 6.7.3 (568))
