Description
Up for auction is a vinyl lp from LED ZEPPELIN for their classic 2nd album 'II'
This album was released on Atlantic Records in the US (Atlantic SD 8216 )
This is indeed the original first US Pressing on Atlantic!
This is known as the "Hot Mix" by mastering guru, Robert Ludwig
It does have the following In the run-off grooves:
"RL" is stamped on both sides
Matrix Numbers: Side One: ST - A - 691671 ; Side Two: ST - A - 691672
1841 Broadway on label and on the inside of gatefold.
Condition:
Vinyl is in VG+ (Very Good+) visual grade condition with some mostly light surface scuffs and scratches.
Gatefold Album Cover is in overall decent preserved condition with nice and tight binding and readable spine!
There is some light rubbing along edges. There is a small staple punch (not to be confused with a cut-out indicator or anything like that) on top left and top right sides of gatefold.
Spine is a little shelf worn, but is readable.
Vinyl has been preserved in its original Atlantic factory Inner Sleeve!
