LED ZEPPELIN II

Label: Atlantic 8236 [Mono]
Released: 1969
Condition: Cover: VG / Record: VG

Cover has wear on edges and corners but it is not split or torn.  There is no sticker on the cover.

Record has bright vinyl with several scratches and scuffs on each side.  More importantly, the record has a small heat warp on the edge which causes it to skip for the first 2 or 3 revolutions.  However, when the tone-arm tracking force was adjusted to between 1.75 to 2 g.,  the record started without skipping.  The rest of the record plays fine with no skipping or sticking but it does have some ticks and clicks here and there.

Labels are clean.

Note: The play test mentioned above was done on a Technics SL-D3 turntable using a Pickering cartridge with an fairly new stylus.  If you play this disc on that 1972 BSR turntable, you probably won't do as well.  If played on a Teac VPI HR-X1, you will likely do a lot better!  As they say on TV, individual results may vary.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

1- SHIPPING COST includes careful packaging in a corrugated package with Styrofoam or cardboard packing material. All items shipped within 24 hours of payment. Shipping costs will be combined if possible.

2- AUCTIONS WILL NOT BE ENDED EARLY. This will maintain good relations with ebay and will be fair to other possible bidders.

3- POSITIVE FEEDBACK is always left for buyers and I expect the same in return. (Likewise, if something goes wrong, I would expect to hear from you.)

4- NON-USA BIDDERS: Check drop down menu for International shipping charges. Shipping reflects USPS rates as of April 2016. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are additional costs associated with the import of this item. Please do not ask me to submit a false value to customs officials – I have enough problems with my own government and I don't want trouble with yours!

5- GRADING:  All grading is visual.  All records are examined under a 100 Watt floodlight.  Some records, especially those that may be more valuable, are play-graded.  If so, this will be pointed out in the auction.  Please understand that any record may require a good cleaning and a new stylus to sound its best and that some records can have hidden defects.

6- RETURNS: If for any reason you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, contact me immediately! If necessary, a refund will be granted, less postage, upon return of the item, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was received. I truly believe that you should be happy with your item and will make every effort to correct the situation.
