LED ZEPPELIN - II LP - UK PRESS PLUM/RED LABEL Nr MINT! Led Zeppelin II (Atlantic Records 1969 588198 Atlantic Plum/Red Label) Matrix No's: A6/B4
EJ Day Gatefold Sleeve in Very Good condition - some wear to edges, some ringwear on back & some writing on back cover
Vinyl in Nr MINT condition

(there are some surface marks visible on the vinyl when held up to the light but they don't affect the sound quality)

Features the corrected 2nd variation of the track 'The Lemon song' to 'The Killing Floor' and 'Warner Credits'.

The sleeve is not perfect but the vinyl is exceptional for a 40 year old vinyl! I've played this through 3 or 4 times and there are no jumps or audible crackles and you can really notice the difference in quality on this heavy vinyl early pressing against later re-presses. The sound of Zeppelin punches through in a way that cannot be heard on later pressings and cd copies.

The labels are perfect with no spidering around the spindle holes at all.

As I have such low starting prices & only use high quality mailers, I cannot offer free shipping by Royal Mail as it would mean I would be paying you to buy the record. Ebay's solution is for me to add the cost of the postage to the start price of the item but this would be very detrimental to you. If you were buying more than one record you would be paying double postage as combined postage would be eradicated. Therefore my shipping charges are as stated below. They are not included in the item price. Postage & Packing is FREE if you wish to pick up the record yourself. As I sell such a large amount of vinyl I have to give a standard cost for 12 inch & LPs as I cannot weigh each item individually before listing. I always use professional record mailers and stiffeners to ensure that your item arrives in the best possible condition.

Our postage costs for the UK are detailed below.

First Class Postage Costs for a single LP: Varies between £2.14-£2.85.

Mailer Cost: 90p. Stiffener x2 Cost: 45p

I am always happy to combine postage for similar items. Please see my postage rates below for additional item rates. If you buy 5 or more items then I will weigh your package and can usually work out a better rate than my standard rate.If when I purchase the postage I find you have significantly overpaid postage then I will refund any overpayment. I do not seek to make a profit from postage charges.

I have had a few problems in the past few months with Royal Mail losing items of mail. Although I always obtain a free Proof of Posting from the Post Office, this does not offer me any protection if a Seller issues a Paypal claim for non-delivery. It is for this reason that I must now insist that for any invoices where auction item(s) total over £30, there will be compulsory charge of £8.50 (inclusive of P&P) for UK Registered Post and £5.90 for Overseas Registered Mail (in addition to P&P). My apologies for this, but at least this offers both the Buyer and Seller full protection in the event of loss or damage.

I am only able to send overseas mail by Airmail. I have found that the delays involved in sending by Surface Mail (some items take over 56 days to arrive) can cause problems. Also, an item remaining in transit for this long period of time is much more likely to be subject to damage from post office rough handling, so please do not ask for a Surface quote.

On the occasions when packages are very heavy, I often use a private courier. In this case, £50 insurance is automatically provided without charge to you. If you require delivery by courier, then you will need to provide a daytime address where someone will be available all day to accept delivery and also a contact telephone number for the courier.

Finally, please contact me if you are unhappy with a purchase before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Most issues can be sorted amicably if the communication lines are open.
