Record Condition : One small spindel mark on side two, A couple ( 3-4)of very very light surface scratchs on side one that do not effect the sound at all. Label in EX+++ condition. Could do with a clean as I haven't done that. Would call this a overall EX++
Sleeve Condition (Gatefold) : Overall a 8/10 on condition corners show wear Spine shows light wear and the top and bottom of sleeve shows some wear as well. Someone along the line has put a cup on the front but you might be able to clean this mark of. All in all would call it a vg++
