Returns:

I offer a full refund for items significantly not as described. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping and item must be received back to me within 7 days before I will issue the refund. Due to the high cost of shipping, returns are not always a viable option for LPs but I do my utmost to ensure my descriptions and Record Gradings are accurate and fair. If there are any problems contact me and we’ll try and work it out.

Vinyl Quality:

I am one of a handful of Ebay Vinyl sellers to Acoustically Grade your record as well as Visually Grade the Vinyl, Label, Cover and Sleeve before shipment. Whilst listing your item, I am listening to the record to ensure that it is not a dud. I also clean all records that I sell with a professional record-cleaning kit, to ensure optimal audio quality when you unwrap it and place it on your turntable!!

Shipping:

All Vinyl is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives to you in exactly the same condition as it was sent in. I wrap all LP’s in cardboard (both sides) and mark as fragile. If there is an issue with shipping it will usually be as a result of poor handling by Australia Post. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request Insurance via Registered Post ($2.80 extra), otherwise no responsibility will be taken for goods damaged/lost in transit.

I offer Combined Postage on all my items. Domestic postage for 2 records is $11.00, domestic postage for 3 to 4 records is $18.00. If you want to buy more than this, please email me (prior to bidding) with the number of records you wish to combine postage on and I’ll quote you a shipping price.
