Shipping & Handling:

I ship within 5 business days after receipt of the payment. (I usually ship the following business day after receipt of payment, SOMETIMES SAME DAY IF YOU PAY EARLY ENOUGH).

Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition.

Each package comes with a tracking/delivery confirmation number.

The listed shipping cost on all items includes postage cost, package cost, packing material cost and handling.

You must request insurance unless specifically noted in the auction.

Shipping discounts do not apply for items listed for under $1.00 to start. 

International Shipping:

I do ship to international locations.  Please contact me PRIOR to bidding on the item.

Payment:

Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. I am a reasonable person and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, I have no problems accommodating special circumstances.

By entering a bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchasing the item described above. Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies, or are unsure/unable to pay, or have no intention to purchase the item.

Payment Types Accepted:

I only accept PayPal.  Shipping address must be PayPal confirmed.

Note: I will accept in person payments if you’re close enough to pick up the item.

Returns:

All items are sold “as is” and returns are not accepted.  Please read all information in the auction carefully.

Damaged / Defective Items:

Damaged - Any damage due to shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  You must request insurance if you are worried about shipping damage.  I box everything as a fragile item. 

Defective - I test and inspect all items for defects.  If an item ships to you and does not work as LISTED I will refund the total sale price plus return shipping.  You must contact me 24 hours after receiving the item to report defects. You must contact me prior to sending an item back.  If you do not contact me prior to sending and item back I do not accept responsibility for the return shipment.

Feedback:

I leave feedback AFTER the buyer leaves feedback.  I do this to ensure that you received your item and you are happy with the transaction.  I never leave negative feedback unless the item is not paid for at all.
