Cover condition: EX+ VERY light wear only (see pics)
Disc condition: side one has a VERY thin, light scuff that does not affect play. side two is NEAR MINT 
Notes and additional info: Beautiful copy. Pressed by Monarch, “AT” in deadwax, Broadway addresss. Comes original company sleeve. NICE COPY! 

Grading: VG/VG+/-EX+/NM-/Sealed  Anything less than strong VG to VG+ is rarely listed. Nice, strong discs only.
Items are packed very carefully in a professional record mailer with the disc outside the cover and two cardboard inserts to protect.
