This was issued primarily as both a CD and a cassette box set. Limited vinyl copies were pressed in Germany and the UK (and possibly Japan) but even fewer copies were pressed domestically (considering the size of the market) due to the complete dominance of the CD format at this time.

This is also the first time Jimmy Page went into the studio to remaster the catalog, and each track was hand-picked and sequenced by Page, giving the listener a unique overview of the work through the eyes of its major architect. This set also includes four limited issue tracks that had not been available formally on any legitimate Zep LP catalog issue.

This set is in beautiful condition overall. The box has tight seams and corners; its only flaw can be seen in the photograph provided, a circular ring marking on the front lower right where a glass must have been left.

The booklet is in Excellent condition.

The inner sleeves have a couple of minor seam splits from the LPs (they could have come out of the factory this way since the paper used is fairly thin).

The LPs themselves look unplayed; beautiful gloss and shine, no markings of any kind. Only a couple of small spindle marks on a couple of the labels give any indication that they even saw a turntable. I grade them as Near Mint to Mint.
