Condition - Record is VG+, Sleeve is generic. Clean labels (except for price sticker residue on both sides).
Comments - Very scarce. Listen to this and the claim to "On & On" being the first house track is rocky. 1985. Duane Thamm. Lush.

I'm currently selling part of a very nice collection of "dance music" stretching from the late 70's thru to the early 90's.

In my collection you will find Funk, Soul, Disco, Electro, New Beat, Acid, House, Garage, Chicago, UK, Italo, Rave, Old Skool, Piano and WBMX classics. The majority of items are in VG+ to first rate condition.
I am an avid collector and anyone who knows me will vouch for how fussy I can be when it comes to correct sleeves, first issues and having no writing on labels etc. My records are looked after properly and kept in a smoke free home.

I always use professional and strong mailers with a cardboard stiffener added for extra strength.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please email me if you are unhappy about anything you have received. My listings are graded sensibly and conservatively and where possible I will include info about sleeves, playing condition and any writing/stickers on labels. If you are fussy about these things, please try and ask me detailed questions before buying. Returns must be notified within 3 days of receipt and sent back to within 7 days.
PLEASE NOTE: I will try really hard to keep the database updated. Nevertheless it's always possible a record is no longer in stock. When that's the case, please don't be angry!
