KIT REAM 'ALL THAT I AM' ORIGINAL OUTSIDER PSYCH LP!

Legendary deranged lounge psych released by the heir of the Nabisco fortune and acid casualty Kit Ream! I have not seen this record surface in about 2 years.
The record has nice gloss with some light scuffs. There's one tiny mark on track A3 that I can feel with my finger and another on B1 that I can feel. The record looks nice but keep in mind this is a private pressing and was not pressed on thick vinyl so there will be some periodic noise/ticking. There are some spindle marks on the side A label.
The cover has some seam and corner wear and about a 1/2 inch seam split on the top opening edge. Light ring wear on front cover and a small sticker impression on front cover as well. The paper is peeling on the corners. No major seam splitting or other major damage.
