Record is Play Graded at NEAR MINT (Both sides are played from begining to end)

Record is Visually Graded at VG++ (Light paper scuffs can be seen)

Label is pretty nice.

Album Jacket is pretty nice with some light scuffs here & there but no seam splits/tears.

Original inner sleeve is also included and has a seam split 1 3/4 inches long.
